A unique and sophisticated executive course on advanced negotiation, influence, and human dynamics. Now for the first time available as a public enrolment program in Australian capital cities.
What exactly is the NEGINT® program?
A highly interactive and transformative program to help you understand, prevent, and solve problems that involve people, irrespective of context. Initially developed for intelligence analysis and decision making in complex, dynamic, and high stakes environments, the NEGINT® framework provides a paradigm shift for how to approach negotiation and influence.
Who should attend?
The NEGINT® program is for anyone who seeks to navigate, influence, or negotiate the dynamics of human interaction. The insights are relevant in a wide array of contexts, from geopolitical crises; to hostage negotiation with terrorists; maximising value in commercial deals; strengthening professional relationships; and improving communication with loved ones.
Who offers the NEGINT® program?
The public enrolment NEGINT® program is exclusively offered by Praxis Advisory in partnership with Negotiation Evolved. Your primary facilitator will be Filip Hron. Additionally, this program significantly benefits from the extraordinary experience in diplomacy, national security, and federal government, that the Praxis Advisory team collectively brings.
What will I learn?
- Understand what people want and what drives their behaviour.
- Recognise how predictable both untrained and trained negotiators can be, and ways to neutralise their tactics, power, threats and manipulation.
- Consider a wider range of strategic choices and learn how to adapt these to specific situational dynamics.
- Apply powerful techniques for maximising value.
- Build sustainable relationships, and manage low-trust environments.
- Navigate through disagreement, misunderstanding, resistance and constraints.
- Structure and prepare for negotiations, while recognising and avoiding the most common pitfalls.
- Anticipate and plan for the internal negotiation within your team; and with multiple stakeholders, at or away from the table.
- Improve your self-awareness, resilience and self-control; enabling you to better handle your emotions and to replace your reactions with proactive, constructive and respectful behaviours.
- Become more humble. You will never have all the facts, and life is not long enough to learn everything. It is about becoming the best you can be, no more, no less.
What does the course schedule look like?

I have already attended one or more program(s) with Filip. How similar/different is this program?
